By week three, the plan may start to feel more familiar.
The structure you have been following can begin to feel more like a routine, and that routine can slowly start turning into habit. This is a really important stage because your confidence often grows when you realise you are no longer just “getting through it” — you are building consistency.
Understanding The Momentum Phase
By week three, many people start to notice small but meaningful changes, such as:
- Less food noise
- Fewer cravings
- Feeling more organised with packs and meals
- More confidence in the routine
- Feeling more in control around food
- A stronger belief that they can keep going
You may not notice all of these at once, and that is completely okay. Progress can look different from person to person.
Progress May Show In Different Ways
The scales are only one way to measure progress.
By week three, you may also notice:
- Clothes fitting differently
- Reduced bloating
- More steady energy
- Improved mood
- Better sleep
- Increased confidence
- Feeling proud of your consistency
- More trust in yourself and your routine
These changes matter. They are signs that your efforts are adding up.
Week Three Is About Repetition
This is the week to keep repeating what is working.
Focus on:
- Following your pack structure
- Drinking water regularly
- Planning your packs around your day
- Keeping your routine simple
- Staying aware of old habits or triggers
- Taking things one day at a time
You do not need to make the plan more complicated. Keep showing up for the simple steps.
Try Not To Relax The Structure Too Early
By week three, you may feel more confident — which is a great thing.
But this can also be the stage where it becomes tempting to loosen the structure, skip packs, add extras, or tell yourself “just this once” more often.
Try to stay close to the plan that has helped you get this far. Confidence is powerful, but structure is what keeps your momentum moving.
If You Have A Wobble
A wobble does not undo your progress.
The most important thing is what you do next. Get back to your structure at the next opportunity and avoid turning one difficult moment into a difficult week.
Ask yourself:
- What triggered the wobble?
- What could help me next time?
- What is my next simple step?
You are learning as you go, and every reset builds awareness.
