Using: Burger Mix + Omelette Mix
What you'll need: 1 pack Burger Mix, 1 pack Omelette Mix, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, cinnamon (pinch), fresh chilli (for sauce), fresh parsley (for sauce), bouillon (for dipping sauce), 1-Cal spray oil, air fryer, non-stick frying pan
Method:
1. Make the burger mix according to pack instructions. Add garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well and set aside
2. Prepare the omelette mix as per pack instructions. Cook two small omelettes (roughly 8 inches) in a non-stick frying pan over low heat. Do not flip — let cook until firm but still soft. Cut each omelette into quarters
3. Place a small dollop of burger filling onto the centre of each omelette quarter. Carefully fold or wrap each piece into a parcel shape, enclosing the filling
4. Spray each wrap lightly with 1-Cal spray oil. Place in air fryer and cook on high for 5 minutes until golden and slightly crispy
5. Dissolve a little bouillon in hot water to create a savoury base. Stir in fresh chopped chilli and parsley to finish. Serve wraps with the dipping sauce on the side for dunking
